The Academies of Louisville Alliance, an initiative within KentuckianaWorks and supported by One Louisville, is dedicated to connecting community business partners with Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) Academies of Louisville high schools.

The Alliance supports student success by bridging academic instruction with hands-on experiences within the community, preparing students for college and career. This collaboration enriches students' learning while helping businesses build a skilled talent pipeline essential for workforce development in Louisville.
