Southern High School is proud to host a hiring-focused event exclusively for its graduating seniors. Students attending represent career pathways in business, finance, leadership, healthcare, hospitality, public service, skilled trades, and technical careers.
This event is structured to support direct workforce entry for students planning to begin employment after graduation.

Expected Attendance: 280+ graduating seniors, actively pursuing full-time employment
When possible, we encourage you to prioritize full-time roles starting at $15 per hour or higher, offering students strong post-graduation stability.
Event Format:
This is not a traditional career fair - it is a structured hiring event built to make it easier for you to identify strong prospects and move them forward in your hiring process!
Students will arrive prepared to engage in meaningful conversations about full-time employment, paid training programs, and entry-level career opportunities aligned to their pathway experience.
Employers are asked to share positions they're recruiting for in advance, we ask that you plan to bring 2-3 representatives who are ready to discuss available positions.
