  • Who You’ll Meet: 200+ motivated Health Sciences students (grades 10–12) exploring careers in patient care, diagnostic and technical fields, dental, therapy services, pediatrics, mental health, public health, health tech, veterinary care, and military health.

  • Who We’re Looking For: Healthcare employers ready to share career pathways and offer summer jobs, co-ops, internships, entry-level roles, or hiring opportunities for graduating seniors.

Industry Hiring Summit: Trades, Engineering & Manufacturing

This Industry Hiring Summit is designed to connect graduating seniors from multiple high schools directly with employers hiring in skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, and technical fields.

Key Points:

  • Expected Attendance: 300+ graduating seniors from multiple high schools, all in related career pathways

  • These students are preparing to graduate and are actively pursuing full-time employment, apprenticeships, and paid training opportunities aligned to their career pathways.

  • When possible, we encourage you to prioritize full-time roles starting at $15 per hour or higher, offering students strong post-graduation stability. 

 

Event Format:

  • This is not a traditional career fair - it is a structured hiring event built to make it easier for you to identify strong prospects and move them forward in your hiring process!

  • Students will arrive prepared with resumes and a clear interest in roles such as electrical, HVAC, machining, welding, industrial maintenance, logistics, engineering support, and other technical careers.

  • Employers are asked to share positions they're recruiting for in advance, we ask that you plan to bring 2-3 representatives who are ready to engage in meaningful conversations with students.

This Industry Hiring Summit is designed to connect graduating seniors from multiple high schools with employers in Healthcare, Education, and Public Service fields. Students attending are enrolled in aligned career pathways and are preparing to transition directly into the workforce or into employment while continuing their education. 

This event is designed to help you build your pipeline while supporting students as they take their first professional steps.

Key Points:

  • Expected Attendance: 300+ graduating seniors from multiple high schools, all in related career pathways

  • These students are preparing to graduate and are actively pursuing full-time employment, most drawn to positions that offer hands-on experience, paid training, flexible scheduling, and clear advancement pathways.

  • When possible, we encourage you to prioritize full-time roles starting at $15 per hour or higher, offering students strong post-graduation stability. 

Event Format:

  • This is not a traditional career fair - it is a structured hiring event built to make it easier for you to identify strong prospects and move them forward in your hiring process!

  • Students will come prepared with resumes and an interest in roles such as patient care technician, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, childcare aide, classroom support staff, customer service, public service roles, and entry-level healthcare positions.

  • Employers are asked to share positions they're recruiting for in advance, we ask that you plan to bring 2-3 representatives who are ready to engage in meaningful conversations with students.

  • Expected Attendance: 280+ graduating seniors, actively pursuing full-time employment

  • When possible, we encourage you to prioritize full-time roles starting at $15 per hour or higher, offering students strong post-graduation stability.

Event Format:

  • This is not a traditional career fair - it is a structured hiring event built to make it easier for you to identify strong prospects and move them forward in your hiring process!

  • Students will arrive prepared to engage in meaningful conversations about full-time employment, paid training programs, and entry-level career opportunities aligned to their pathway experience.

  • Employers are asked to share positions they're recruiting for in advance, we ask that you plan to bring 2-3 representatives who are ready to discuss available positions.
